Field to Fork: Food and Beverage Value Chain

During my advisor’s keynote at the Digital Twin Consortium (DTC) Quarterly Meeting, I presented our sensor fusion approach for optimizing refrigerated retail storage. This research contributes to more sustainable food systems by enabling precise monitoring and control of storage conditions, and it increases efficiency of digital twins by processing some data and smart sensing at the edge.
